The King of Light the Order of the Dark Gods is the second novel by Federico Carro, initially idealized with another title just before concluding his first novel: “The Secret of the Orchard”. The novel is the first volume of the fantasy trilogy called: “The King of Light” which tells the story of Fedrick, a crusader who is catapulted into a parallel world from his original world.
THE STORY
The first book of the initial trilogy
The book is written in the same aulic style as the author’s first novel, but differs from the use of words, as it turns out to be a less sought-after but more dynamic language than the first novel, where the plot takes place slowly here instead. The King of Light the Order of the Dark Gods plays a lot on the dynamism of events, it is rich in plot and details.
The story takes place during the end of the first crusade, where a crusader named Fedrick intrigued by a very particular light, ventures inside the Holy Sepulcher, where inside he finds a green stone that, taking it for himself, falls from his hand and it breaks.
From this stone comes an evil being that stuns him and sends him to another world other than his, there he discovers that the battle that was about to take place disappears completely, leaving room for a desert of sand with nothing around him.
Deciding to continue towards an unknown street, he embarks on a long adventure in search of Isabel, a girl he met in Turin, to whom, however, this city will result in this parallel world, the capital of a forbidden and evil empire.
Together with other cities such as: “Lyon” and “Prague”, Fedrick discovers that these cities are the capitals of a world divided by beings who call themselves: “Dark Gods”. It will be up to Fedrick and his friends Jehrais and Radamantio to try to permanently destroy these evil ones from the world.
Structure
The work is a fantasy novel written in a fairytale key and is presented in the same aulic style as the author’s first novel, but differs from the use of words, as it turns out to be a less sought-after but more dynamic language than the first novel, where here the plot unfolds slowly.
Instead The King of Light the Order of the Dark Gods plays a lot on the dynamism of events, is rich in plot and details, as well as in metaphors, oxymorons and at times prevails in an Italian baroque style of the seventeenth century.
The book is divided into ten chapters:
Chapter I – A parallel world, Chapter II – Gaza and its darkness, Chapter III – The Emperor of Evil, Chapter IV – Kinsguard and the Dark Order, Chapter V – Towards the Forbidden Empire, Chapter VI – In the middle of the storm, Chapter VII – To distant lands, Chapter VIII – The awakening of the kings, Chapter IX – Turin and Isabel, Chapter X – Towards the dawn of new whys.
This new edition has been improved the plot, the characters as well as the vocabulary, grammar and much more.

The story merges everyday reality with a shape-shifting digital universe, exploring technology as an escape route, a mirror of identity, and a subtle threat. Through Aiden’s journey inside a virtual world he can manipulate through his smartphone, the tale combines psychological introspection, mystery, and tension, examining the increasingly fragile boundary between real life and digital dimensions.
THE STORY
The Digital Boy follows Aiden Black, a solitary high-school student in London who discovers that his smartphone can digitize physical reality, allowing him to create and manipulate an entire virtual world of his own.
At first, Aiden uses this power as a means of escape and as a way to subtly protect those who cannot defend themselves. But as he plunges deeper into his artificial universe, the boundary between the real and the digital begins to blur.
His childhood friend, Elara Sterling, struggles to bring him back to reality, while Aiden becomes increasingly consumed by the limitless possibilities of the virtual dimension.
The story explores the psychological and emotional consequences of modern technology, questioning how far a person might go to avoid the hardships of life, and whether such power can ever truly be controlled.
Structure
The Digital Boy was created as the first book of the first part of The Digital Power Saga, a series composed of two works that explore the implications of the relationship between physical reality and the virtual dimension. This story follows a narrative journey in which the chapters guide the reader from the ordinary life of a young teenager to the discovery of a digital world that can reshape reality itself.
The book is divided into six chapters to better explain Aiden Black’s journey, a story full of suspense, psychological depth, and reflections on the human interaction with technology. Each chapter represents a step in the evolution of Aiden’s experience, from the monotony of everyday life to the overwhelming immersion in the digital realm, and ultimately to the consequences of a power that cannot be fully controlled.
The narrative examines not only the fascination and potential of technology, but also the emotional and ethical dilemmas it creates. By exploring the blurred boundary between reality and virtuality, the book poses questions about control, responsibility, and the human desire to escape, making The Digital Boy both an exciting and thought-provoking journey.
SCINTILLE DI VITA LA FORZA DELLA NATURA

Scintille di Vita la Forza della Natura is the first poetic collection by the author Federico Carro. Inside the work there are 100 poems and other works of thought composed by the author. The recurring theme of the manuscript focuses on the concept of nature and the evolution of time of every living being.
Background
Scintille di Vita la Forza della Natura is a collection of poems created by Federico by grouping all the poems made over the years. His first poem is titled: “Sussulto di vita” born simply as an inspiration observing the sea of Vernazza.
The author discovered in a simple and vital way that he had a gift, that is to write and compose his own poems which he then put together, thus generating a poetic logic among all the poems. From that sum of poems that originally were simply inspired by the radiant nature of Vernazza, the author has thus built a book, a collection of poems that speaks precisely of nature, from its genesis to how it can end and regenerate itself, within a perennial cycle.
Are highly sought after and also ancient words that no longer exist in the current Italian language. The physiognomy of the poems is simple and short, which must be read without breath. However, these poems allude to many meanings, have a lot of symbology and must be interpreted according to the imagination.
Structure
Scintille di Vita la Forza della Natura was born as a primary work of bringing together all the poems written by the author. This poetic collection contains a journey into which poems are divided, a journey from the beginning of time to a distant or perhaps even near future. The book is divided into three chapters to better explain the story made up entirely of 100 poems, a story therefore full of meanings, allegories and a lot of symbolism.
The author creates a journey that begins from the birth of time until the rise of the one who created everything. The themes are therefore centered on nature, on time, but also on the various emotions of people which are therefore reflected on the decision of nature as the initiator of everything. Nature and time, however, are the judges of the preliminary actions created by man which can thus modify the destiny of every living being.
