Boa Hancock and Viola are two characters present in the world of One Piece. What have in common the two girls?
Boa Hancock is the captain of the Kuja Pirates and was the only female Warlord of the Sea prior to the organization’s disbandment.
She is the current empress, known as the “Snake Princess“, of Amazon Lily and rules over the Kuja tribe with her two younger Gorgon sisters,
Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold. She is the main antagonist of the Amazon Lily Arc,
before befriending and falling in love with Monkey D. Luffy in the same arc,
becoming his ally di lui during the rest of the Summit War Saga and the Return to Sabaody Arc.
Boa Hancock is introduced as the most beautiful woman in the world and,
during the fight of her two sisters against Luffy, the three sisters suspend the fight,
as their secret was about to be revealed to the public.
Shortly after Boa Hancock gives the order to evacuate the stadium, she reveals to Luffy that she has the mark of her as a slave,
and therefore she hid her sad past as a slave. Since that event Boa Hancock falls madly in love with Luffy, helping the boy as best she can on several occasions.
On the other hand, there is Viola the second daughter of the Riku Family and the current crown princess of Dressrosa,
after her niece Rebecca abdicated her position. When the Donquixote Pirates took over Dressrosa,
Viola joined them and adopted the name Violet, working as an assassin and officer of the Trebol Army.
During the arrival of Luffy and his crew in Dressrosa, she battles against Sanji,
thus understanding the limelight plans against Doflamingo. She thus secretly allies herself with Luffy and his crew.
After several clashes Viola clashes with Doflamingo in trying to save Rebecca,
just before she controlled by Doflamingo can kill Rebecca, Luffy appears. The latter with a single shot manages to defeat Doflamingo freeing all of Dressrosa.
