What are the History Of The Pokémon World? Come and find out here on my blog!
The History Of The Pokémon World began like a multimedia franchise operated by The Pokémon Company, a company founded by Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures.
The franchise was created by Satoshi Tajiri in 1995, and is centered around fictional creatures called “Pokémon“.
In Pokémon, humans, known as Pokémon Trainers, capture and train Pokémon to fight with other Pokémon.
All the multimedia works within the franchise are set in a universe and a world created by a single Pokémon.
After various events and many creations and evolutions, there are currently 898 species of Pokémon.
The franchise began as Pocket Monsters: Red and Green (later released outside of Japan as Pokémon Red and Blue),
a pair of video games for the original Game Boy handheld system that were developed by Game Freak and released by Nintendo in February 1996.
It soon became a top-grossing media franchise of all time.
Successively creating several video games on many platforms, manga and anime, as well as several films and a live action.
In both video games and the general fictional world of Pokémon, it derives from the hobby of insect collecting,
a popular pastime that Tajiri enjoyed as a child.
Players are designated as Pokémon Trainers and have three general objectives:
to complete the Regional Pokédex by collecting all available Pokémon species found in the imaginary region in which a game takes place,
to complete the National Pokédex by transferring Pokémon from other regions,
and to train a team of powerful Pokémon from those they have captured to compete against teams owned by other Trainers so that they can eventually win the Pokémon League and become the Regional Champion.
But what are the story of the Pokémon world and its origins? Find out below my video: The History Of The Pokémon World.
