The origin of Rayquaza
What do is the origin and the story of Rayquaza? Come and find out here on my blog!
Rayquaza is a legendary Pokémon but what do is the origin? Introduced in Generation III that first appeared in the Pokémon games: “Ruby”, ”Sapphire” and “Emerald”,
as well as its first appearance on TV was in the movie entitled: “Destiny Deoxys”.
Here Rayquaza proves to be very territorial, where precisely a meteorite enters the earth’s atmosphere and Rayquaza feels the essence of a foreign entity in its territory, namely Deoxys.
Rayquaza narrowly dodges the meteorite and attacks Deoxys, starting an epic battle.
His second TV release was in the special called: “Pokémon: Mega Evolution Special II” where Rayquaza is mega evolved into: “Mega Rayquaza“,
at that time Alain and Steven tried to battle it, but they were quickly defeated by Mega Rayquaza.
This Pokémon is among the most loved by the public and its fans, where in the Pokémon games released for the first time: “Pokémon Ruby“, “Pokémon Sapphire” and “Pokèmon Emerald“,
can be captured inside the Sky Pillar after beating the Pokémon league. It has a very high value of statistics a bit like all legendaries,
it is also not as easy to capture as it is to find it in a Shiny version. Furthermore, Rayquaza is able to calm the other members of the Weather trio,
even in their primordial forms. Rayquaza is said to have lived for hundreds of millions of years in the ozone layer, where it feeds on water and other particles.
Rayquaza is rarely seen by people; even in flight, its appearance is indistinguishable from that of a meteor.
Rayquaza possesses some of the most powerful attack powers among all Pokémon,
and is the only known Pokémon capable of learning the Dragon Ascent move.
As he evolves into Mega Rayquaza, his body becomes longer and acquires more characteristics. Its head elongates,
its eyes contain yellow pupils and red irises, its red lips and teeth turn gold, and the golden lines connect to those on its lower horns, which take on a broad,
triangular shape. At the outer edges of its lower horns are long golden, luminous tendrils that each extend to a green fin-like structure;
these tendrils have ring patterns that strongly resemble the yellow markings running along the length of the normal Rayquaza form.
Its two upper horns become longer with a golden line running over it in a V-shape, and each upper horn has another bright tendril ending in a circular shape with a tip.
Along the length of his body there are golden and luminous spheres positioned where his rings were.
Her chin, part of her neck and parts of her serpentine body are changed to black.
The fins that run along its body are marked with gold lines; the fins on the tail become entirely yellow and substantially longer.
Particles flow from the long tendrils which extend from its protruding jaw; these particles can control the density and humidity of the air,
allowing Mega Rayquaza to manipulate the weather. Her green skin shines with an emerald-like quality.
